Ukemi application terms Copyright (c) Ukemi copyright holders. All rights reserved. 1. Scope and permitted use These terms cover Ukemi's original application code and original assets, not its third-party components. If you lawfully obtain an unmodified Ukemi binary from the copyright holders or an authorized distributor, you may install and use it for personal and internal business purposes and make backup copies. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer copyright ownership. Any purchase or subscription terms must be separately agreed with the applicable rights holder. These terms do not assert that the application has been sold, establish a price, or impose a new payment or subscription requirement on an existing lawfully obtained copy. 2. Restrictions on Ukemi's original materials Unless separately authorized in writing, you may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create and distribute modified versions of Ukemi's original code or assets. Public access to the source repository is not permission to do so. These restrictions do not apply where applicable law grants a non-waivable right or where a third-party license independently grants the relevant right. 3. Third-party components and source availability Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses. Those licenses control in the event of a conflict with these terms. Nothing here restricts your rights under them, including copying, modification, redistribution, or obtaining source code covered by the Mozilla Public License. The application includes THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt with copyright notices, license texts, and exact-version source acquisition links. It can also be read in Settings > General > Licenses and terms > Third-party licenses. Ukemi's proprietary source is not part of an offer of MPL-covered source code. 4. Warranty and liability Except to the extent required by applicable law or a separate written agreement, the application is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, its copyright holders are not liable for damages arising from its use. Any separately offered support or warranty is the responsibility of its provider, not of third-party authors.
